Rasheed J. Griffith

Rasheed J. Griffith is the Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer of Merklehedge - a high-frequency trading firm with offices in Toronto, Panama City, Manila, and Barbados. Griffith is a Fellow of the Caribbean Policy Consortium, a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Inter-American Dialogue (Washington, D.C.), a Visiting Research Fellow at Future Forum (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) and an Emergent Ventures Fellow with the Mercatus Center of George Mason University (Virginia, USA). Griffith has testified before the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC). He has written several articles and book chapters on geoeconomics and anti-money laundering compliance which have appeared in The Diplomat, Lawfare, Jamestown China Brief and others.
